Real estate photography is often for residential properties, but not always.  Once in a while, I'll be asked to photograph a commercial building for real estate sales or leasing, and it's always a unique but fun challenge!

A few days ago I had the opportunity to step out of my photography comfort zone in Pasadena, CA and head to Northridge, CA to photograph the Northridge Hospital Medical Center.  This was a 7 story building but felt much taller!

Here is another angel of one of the Northridge Hospital Medical Center building in Los Angeles, CA 91328 that I professionally photographed.  I have no complaints of being a professional commercial real estate photographer in Northridge, CA!

18350-Roscoe Blvd-Northridge-CA-91328I love being a professional commercial real estate photographer in Pasadena, CA and other parts of Los Angeles, California! Being a commercial real estate photographer has its unique challenges because every building is different, and the time of day makes an impact as well, especially with our beautiful but sometimes crazy weather in Southern California!  By the time I was finished photographing this Northridge building, it was starting to sprinkle and get dark...but there's always Photoshop to help with that :)  shhh.
