After a total transformation of this Altadena, CA home on Florecita Drive, we had the honor of professionally photographing it to get maximum activity in the local real estate market of Southern California.

Every room was tastefully remodeled inside this Altadena, CA renovated home, fully prepared for our professional real estate photography!
The family room was tastefully staged to face the stone fireplace, backlit by the large window sliders.
It was large enough to fit several people or cozy and simple enough for a perfect setting of just two. There were many angles to choose from during this real estate photography shoot.
The open dining area connected the kitchen, providing easy flow from one area to the next. As the photographer for this Altadena home for sale, it is our job to showcase it for the cyberworld to help get maximum activity for the real estate agent listing the property.
The living room had its own fireplace along with a ceiling fan to keep cooling costs to a minimum. Sometimes during the photo shoot, large pieces of furniture may overpower certain angles. It's important to carefully choose the shot to not only show a feel of the room and entire home, but to showcase the space and "square footage" without letting furniture hinder the shot too much.
This distance between the family room and living room was perfect enough to have semi-private gatherings yet be able to glance over to see what might be going on on the other side!
Here is another view of the living room. As a real estate photographer, this is one of my personal angles to mix in - a perfectly straight shot.
The vaulted ceiling with exposed beams provide an extra open feel to the family room and dining area.

Another view of the open kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances to cater to all forms of cooking. During a real estate photo shoot, it's important for the photographer to emphasize valuable features of the home, like new appliances and custom flooring.

The secondary bathroom which is equipped with a full-size bathtub. It's not always possible for the photographer to show everything in a small room, such as many bathrooms, as seen here. The bathroom is hidden in this shot but can be seen partially from the mirror reflection at the left side.
